Good to know

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Privacy and membership in your account, and your membership runs to the end of the paid month. You can also pause for one to three months: you are not charged, your profile is hidden, and everything you shared is kept for when you return.

I already have a VelorStrategy plan. Do I pay again?

No. Collasia is included with every paid VelorStrategy plan. Sign in with the same email and password and your membership is ready.

My community invited me. Do I need to pay?

Not if your community has a Collasia plan that covers you. Create your account with the email address the invitation was sent to and accept it; you will see that your membership is covered.

How is payment handled?

Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and you can update your card or download receipts from Manage billing.

Who can see my profile?

Members of Collasia, with the details you choose to show. You can adjust visibility at any time, as described in the Collasia privacy notice and the community guidelines.
