Child safety standards

Collasia is a professional community for adults. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, anywhere on Collasia: in profiles, discussions, replies, knowledge, events, gatherings, circles, communities, messages, live rooms or uploaded files. These standards describe what is prohibited, how we prevent and remove it, how to report it, and who is accountable. They apply to the Collasia website and the Collasia apps.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are banned outright. We remove the content, close the account, preserve the evidence and report to the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Members must be adults

Every member confirms they are 18 or older when they create an account, and the terms require it. Accounts that we determine belong to a minor are closed. Collasia does not offer features designed for children and does not market to them.

How we prevent and detect it

How to report

If you see content or behaviour on Collasia that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

You do not need to be a member to report. Reports about minors can be made anonymously through Support.

What we do when we find it

Compliance

Collasia complies with applicable child safety laws, including the laws of the United States on reporting apparent CSAM and the equivalent laws of the countries where members use Collasia. These standards meet the Google Play child safety standards policy and the Apple App Store guidelines on user-generated content. We review them at least once a year and whenever the law or the product changes.

Accountable contact

Collasia is operated by Stratenity Inc. A designated member of the Collasia team is responsible for these standards, for CSAM prevention practices and for responding to authorities and to app store reviewers. Reach the designated contact through Support with the subject "Child safety". The same contact is registered with Google Play and Apple.

The community guidelines, the terms and the privacy notice apply alongside these standards.
